RHEON LABS know impact protection. We’ve worked together since 2019 to bring innovation to rider protection, building RHEON™ into Fly’s iconic Formula helmet.
The Blueprint range is a direct result of bringing that knowledge together and refusing to compromise.
What makes Blueprint different.
At the core of every Blueprint product is RHEON™, a strain-rate sensitive, energy-absorbing material.
In its natural state it is soft and flexible. During an impact it instantly stiffens helping to absorb and disperse the energy before it reaches your body, significantly reducing the chances of injury.
We engineer that material using patented geometries that our competitors simply can’t replicate. The result…armour that is light, thin and breathable all whilst not compromising on CE-certified impact protection.
RHEON™ also stretches up to 300%. That means a fit that adapts to your body and protection that lasts. Traditional inserts crack when flexed repeatedly, quietly compromising your protection without you ever knowing. RHEON™ just keeps performing. Ride after ride. Season after season.

The Blueprint range spans CE-certified torso and limb protection, designed for off-road use at every level whether that is minimalist under-jersey vests with CE Level 1 chest and back coverage or performance knee pads at CE Level 2.
